All products sold on MiTY are 100% authentic designer fragrances and sunglasses. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities of products available for purchase
  • Discontinue products at any time

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

When you place an order with MiTY, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery within the UAE within 48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. MiTY is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

5. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about returns and refunds. In summary:

  • Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days
  • Opened fragrances and worn sunglasses cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached

MiTY guarantees that all products sold are 100% authentic and original. We source our products from authorized distributors only. Any counterfeit claims will be investigated thoroughly.
