✅ Our Refund Guarantee
We offer a 7-day return policy for unopened and unused items. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
📋 Eligibility for Returns
Items that CAN be returned:
- Unopened fragrances in original sealed packaging
- Unworn sunglasses with all original tags and packaging
- Products in their original condition with all accessories included
- Items with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that CANNOT be returned:
- Opened or used fragrances (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Sunglasses that have been worn or show signs of use
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
🔄 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- We'll send you return instructions and arrange pickup if needed
📦 Return Process
Once we receive your return request:
- We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- We may arrange pickup from your address (within UAE)
- Returns must be received within 14 days of return authorization
💰 Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is approved
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)
🔁 Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Indicate in your return request that you'd like an exchange
- We'll process your return and help you place a new order
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
💳 Refund Amount
Your refund will include:
- Full product price
- Original shipping costs (if the return is due to our error)
Refunds will NOT include:
- Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product)
- Any customs or import duties (for international orders)
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- Return shipping will be covered by MiTY

- If a product is found to be non-authentic (which has never happened), we'll provide a full refund and cover all costs
